Miracle Journal of Public Health is a fully open access journal. The journal has published all scholarly content as fully open access since 2018.

All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges, registration requirements, or embargo periods. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, and use them for any other lawful purpose, subject to the terms of the applicable open license.

All articles published by Miracle Journal of Public Health are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits users to share and adapt the material for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author or authors and any derivative work is distributed under the same license.

Authors retain the copyright to their published works and grant Miracle Journal of Public Health the right of first publication.
